The Mentorship Program is designed for women entrepreneurs who are ready to launch their dream business with clarity, structure, and support. It is ideal for aspiring founders and early-stage entrepreneurs who have an idea, skill, or passion and want guided mentorship to turn it into a viable business. Whether you’re starting from scratch, refining an existing idea, or still in startup mode after launching your business and you're not confident you got all the steps right to build a firm foundation for success, this 12-week business accelerator provides the foundation, systems, and confidence needed to move forward intentionally.

Participants start with a 1:1 Coaching and Accountability call which can be scheduled immediately upon registration. Then participants receive ongoing support through live Collective calls held twice per month during the three-month membership period. These calls provide coaching, guidance, and space for questions and connection with mentors and peers. This layered support ensures you’re not just learning concepts, but actively applying them with accountability and encouragement.

The Mentorship Program supports both brand-new entrepreneurs and those with an existing idea that needs structure and implementation. New founders benefit from step-by-step guidance to move from idea to launch, while those with an early-stage business gain clarity, alignment and improved systems. The program is designed to meet you at your starting point and support progress at your own pace.

By the end of the 12-week Mentorship Program, participants will be ready to launch a minimum viable product (MVP) supported by a strong business foundation. This includes a clearly defined offer, audience clarity, core messaging, and the essential systems needed to operate and grow. Graduates leave with a business that is live, structured, and ready to evolve, rather than just an idea on paper.

During the program, participants build foundational systems to support their business launch and ongoing operations. We highlight the CRM that we use: Go High Level and show you how we use it to execute the various steps we recommend. However, you may use other platforms to accomplish the same foundational aspects of your business. We love Go High Level because it is a CRM platform that encompasses website design, marketing tools, and customer management. If you are interested in complete alignment with our process, we offer the option to purchase a CRM membership through Empower Her if desired. Participants are also introduced to Canva for branding and content creation.

You can expect to spend approximately one hour per week engaging with the course content, along with an additional two to seven hours taking action on your business. The time required for implementation varies based on your skill level, experience, and starting point. The program is designed to be flexible while still supporting meaningful progress toward your launch.

The Mentorship Program offers a blend of self-paced learning and live support. All course content is recorded and accessible on your schedule, while live Collective calls and membership experience take place twice per month on Fridays @ noon EST to provide coaching and real-time connection. Recordings of live sessions are available, allowing you to stay supported even if you can’t attend live.

If you miss a week or need to slow your pace, all course content and recorded sessions remain available so you can catch up as needed. The program is designed to support real-life schedules while encouraging consistency. Live calls and community engagement help participants regain momentum without pressure or judgment.

Yes, you receive a certificate when you complete 90% or more of the Mentorship Program.

Your payment will be processed immediately upon completing your enrollment. If you select the "1-Time Payment" to receive the savings from payment in full, this is will be the only payment processed. If you have selected the "2 Payment Plan," the 1st installment will be processed immediately upon completing your enrollment. The 2nd payment will automatically be processed 4 weeks after completing your enrollment. If you have selected the "3 Payment Plan," the 1st installment will be processed immediately upon completing your enrollment. The 2nd payment will automatically be processed 4 weeks after completing your enrollment. The 3rd payment will automatically be processed 8 weeks after completing your enrollment.
