Welcome to the Empower Her Collective!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your monthly subscription and participation in our community for female entrepreneurs.
By purchasing a subscription, you (“Member”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to these Terms as a binding agreement with Empower Her Collective (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”). Any situation which affects both you and Empower Her Collective is referred to as the "Party" or "Parties". Please read carefully before subscribing.
1. Membership Overview
Empower Her Collective is a membership-based community supporting women throughout their journey of entrepreneurship. Membership includes: Access to two (2) live virtual group calls per month, community engagement with other members, shared resources, accountability, and support, along with additional bonuses that are added to the base membership.
2. Subscription and Payment
Membership is billed on a monthly basis at 147 per month for the base tier membership. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to your next billing cycle. Payments are processed via Stripe, and you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment information.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at [email protected]. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused access. Your access to the membership community and calls will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
4. Live Calls and Participation
Live calls occur twice per month via Zoom (or similar platform). You’ll receive access details via email. Replays may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed. Participation should be respectful and aligned with the community’s mission of support and collaboration.
5. Community Standards
Members are expected to:
Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
Refrain from harassment, spam, or promotion of products/services without permission.
Maintain confidentiality around shared stories or personal business matters unless otherwise agreed.
Violation of community standards may result in immediate removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content shared by Empower Her Collective [worksheets, recordings, templates, etc.] is for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed for commercial use without express permission.
7. Proprietary Information and Use of Materials
Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, all information disclosed by one Party to the other Party, shall be deemed to be confidential and proprietary (“Proprietary Information”). Such Proprietary Information includes, but not limited to, information regarding marketing, sales programs, sales volume, sales conversion rates, sales methods and processes, sales proposals, products, services, vendors, customer lists, training manuals, sales scripts, telemarketing scripts, names of investors, and customer information, operating procedures, pricing policies, strategic plans, intellectual property, information about a Party’s employees, and other confidential or Proprietary Information belonging to or related to a Party’s affairs. The receiving Party acknowledges and agrees that in any proceeding to enforce this Agreement it will be presumed that the Proprietary Information constitutes protectable trade secrets, and that the receiving Party will bear the burden of proving that any portion of the Proprietary Information was publicly or rightfully known and disclosed by the receiving Party. The Parties, their employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and assigns agree to hold all Proprietary Information, regardless of when or how disclosed, in strict confidence and with not less than the same degree of care that they provide for their own confidential and proprietary information. The Parties warrant and represent that the degree of care contemplated herein is adequate and the Parties will take any and all steps reasonably necessary to preserve such Proprietary Information.
Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit or limit the receiving Party’s use of information that can be demonstrated as: (a) previously known to the receiving Party; (b) independently developed by the receiving Party; (c) acquired from a third party not under similar non-disclosure obligations to the disclosing Party; or (d) acquired through the public domain through no breach by the receiving Party of this Agreement.
(7A) Portfolio Release
Client agrees that We have the right to use materials created for our portfolio, samples, self-promotion, including advertising for our business, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, or any other social media platforms. In the event that you wish to exclude some specific materials from the release under this paragraph, or to limit the time period of such release, we require in writing a request for such limitation.
(7B) Remedies
The Parties acknowledge that the Proprietary Information exchanged is valuable and unique and that disclosure in breach of this Agreement will result in irreparable injury to the adversely affected Party, for which monetary damages, on their own, would be inadequate. Accordingly, the Parties agree the adversely affected Party shall have the right to seek an immediate injunction enjoining any such breach or threatened breach of the Agreement.
8. Technology and Access
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet connection and technology to access live calls and materials. We are not liable for outages or technical issues on the user's end.
9. Changes to the Program or Terms
We reserve the right to:
Modify the structure or frequency of live sessions and update or revise these Terms at any time.
Members will be notified via email of any significant changes.
10. Disclaimer
Empower Her Collective provides mentorship, community, coaching and guidance but does not guarantee any specific business outcomes. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
