The Journey that Shaped My Dream

Where Connection Began + Purpose Took Root

Connection has always been my thing. I just did not realize that was what I was building.

When I was growing up, my house was the house. I was constantly inviting friends over to create dance videos in the living room, choreograph routines, and press record like we were producing a full music special. I would grab a camera at basketball games and start interviewing people like I had my own talk show. I wanted to know what they were thinking. What the game meant to them. What their story was.

And if there was a club, a sport, or an activity happening, I was in it. Not because I needed to pad a resume. I genuinely loved being in the mix. I loved the energy of people coming together around something. A team. A performance. A shared goal.

Looking back, it makes so much sense.

I was never just dancing. I was creating experiences.
I was never just interviewing. I was building confidence and connection.
I was never just joining activities. I was learning how to bring people together.

Whether I am coaching, hosting an event, or building a room full of ambitious women, I am still that same girl who loves bringing people together, handing someone the mic, and creating space for them to step into something bigger.

Connection was never a strategy for me.
It has always been who I am.

A Leader Shaped by Teamwork, Mentorship + Momentum

I have always been wired to lead and to learn. Team environments lit me up, and so did figuring out how to get better every single day.

I played lacrosse in college, which is where I met my friend and now business partner, Kirsten Gallagher. That season shaped so much of me. The discipline. The accountability. The push to show up for something bigger than yourself. Around that same time, I started substitute teaching at 19. I was already stepping into roles where guidance and influence mattered, even if I did not fully realize it yet.

After college, I jumped into entrepreneurship and started my first business with three male partners. I was young, ambitious, and excited to build something. Over the next several years, I was involved in multiple startups, learning through wins, missteps, growth, and grit. And somewhere in the middle of all that building, I realized something important.

My true passion was not just launching businesses. It was coaching. Teaching. Mentoring.

Through it all, I learned how to develop people. How to motivate a team. How to create a culture around a shared goal. And how to call someone up into their potential, even when they cannot see it yet.

It was never just about the game. It was about building the confidence to win in life.

A Superconnector Fueled by Curiosity, Energy + Alignment

As my world expanded, so did my curiosity about people and ideas.

In my 20s and early 30s I lived in San Diego, in a season of life that was pure connection and adventure. The best was living just a block from the ocean, building some of my closest friendships through post-collegiate lacrosse, bike rides along the boardwalk, beach workouts, last minute plans that turned into all day hangouts, and of course the sunsets. It was active, social, and full of life. San Diego taught me how to say yes to new people, new experiences, and new memories and that openness shaped me in ways I still operate today.

A couple of years ago, Chanell introduced me to Human Design, and it clicked. As a 6/2 Generator, I resonate deeply with learning through lived experience and then naturally sharing what I discover. I process deeply. I test things in real life. And then I turn around and say, you have to hear this, you have to meet this person, you have to try this.

At my core, I am a connector. I get energized by networking, building genuine friendships, and bridging ideas into intentional collaborations. I love seeing two people who need each other stand in the same room. I love helping someone feel seen. I love watching momentum happen because the right introduction was made.

That is when I am most alive.

Bringing the Right People Together to Empower Women Founders

That same love for bringing the right people into the right room is what ultimately led me to partner with Kirsten and Chanell. What started as a shared vision turned into our first big collaboration, the Empower Her Summit.

I naturally stepped into curating the room, connecting an incredible lineup of speakers and experts from different industries so women who were launching or growing businesses had real access to education, strategy, and honest conversations. Not fluff. Not surface level inspiration. Real value they could apply immediately.

What we felt in that space made something very clear. Women do not just need information. They need community. They need mentorship. They need a room where collaboration replaces competition and alignment replaces overwhelm.

That is what evolved into the Empower Her Mentorship Program and The Collective.

Now, instead of a one day experience, we walk alongside women as they clarify their vision, build their strategy, strengthen their mindset, and surround themselves with powerful partnerships. We created spaces where ambition is celebrated, growth is expected, and no one has to figure it out alone.

Because when the right women are in the right room, everything changes.

The Journey that Shaped My Dream

Where Connection Began + Purpose Took Root

My story has always been about connection, long before I ever had language for it. As a child, I collected tiny glass animals, drawn to the beauty in small details + the stories they carried. Growing up in Upstate New York, with summers spent on Keuka Lake, I developed a deep appreciation for presence, reflection + the belief that everything happens for a reason. That grounding perspective still anchors how I bring intentionality to my life and relationships today.

A Leader Shaped by Teamwork, Mentorship + Momentum

As a natural leader + lifelong learner, my path blended teamwork, curiosity, and discipline early on. I played lacrosse in college, where I met lifelong friend + collaborator Kirsten Gallagher, and I began substitute teaching at just 19. I had already began stepping into roles that centered around guidance, mentorship + influence. Following college, I pursued my 1st dream as a lacrosse coach and program coordinator for over 20 years, supporting female athletes from 5 years old through collegiate level. Through this, I honed my ability to motivate, develop talent + bring people together around a shared goal.

A Super-Connector Fueled by Curiosity, Energy + Alignment

As my world began to expand, so did my love for people + ideas. I spent 8 years living in San Diego just a block from the ocean, drawn to its energy and rhythm. I have always been a devoted book nerd (often reading three books at once) and truly enjoyed reading by the beach during my "vacation." I have always loved professional development books, conferences, and podcasts (Mel Robbins is my favorite!). In the last 2 years, I was introduced to My Human Design by Chanell. As a 6/2 Generator, I embody the role-model energy of lived experience as someone who learns deeply, and naturally shares wisdom, opportunities + connections. At my core, I have come to see my value as a super-connector who is energized by networking, building friendships, and bridging intentional ideas in collaborations.

This gift has fully come to life as I partnered with Kirsten + Chanell to bring a shared dream into reality through our first collaboration: the Empower Her Summit. I was able to curate + connect our incredible panel of featured speakers and experts from across industries to ensure that women launching and growing their businesses had access to exceptional education, perspectives, and value. I am proud we created a space rooted in collaboration, alignment + possibility, specifically designed to empower women to step confidently into their entrepreneurial journeys and dream lifestyles.

For me, this is personal.

I am building a business that gives me freedom. Freedom to choose how I spend my time. Freedom to say yes to the moments that matter. Freedom to design my days instead of reacting to them.

I want time with family. Lake days. Showing up fully present, not half working and half distracted. I want the flexibility to build, travel, create, rest, and be where I am needed without asking permission.

I want to architect my own life in a way that reflects my values and then hold the door open for others to do the same.
